Gred Puerh Tea ditentukan oleh pucuk

The longer the leaf is on the tree the larger it is and also the more minerals will be present.
They set out 4 categories based not on leaf size but on plucking standard. That means :
🌿 Grade 1 consists of 1 bud, and 1 leaf.
🌿 Grade 2 is 1 bud, 2 leaves.
🌿 Grade 3 is 1 bud, 3 leaves.
🌿Then Grade 4 is 1 bud, and 4 leaves. 

These are hand picked and left on the stem.
The bud contains more antioxidant then the regular larger leaf.

Puerh Tea Gred 1 : ratio 1 pucuk, 1 daun .

Pucuk memgandungi lebih tinggi antioksida berbanding daun lebar biasa.
Lebih banyak pucuk, lebih tinggi antioksida.
